Director, A&R - Disruptor Management

Lead and execute an A&R strategy for assigned artists, discovering and acquiring new recording artists, songs, and producers through demos and live opportunities. Build and negotiate relationships with artists and representatives, coordinate producer meetings, and spearhead recording, mixing, and mastering sessions. Select singles and key tracks, provide feedback to leadership, review demos and online submissions, and manage recording budgets, timelines, and project delivery.
