Own and continuously improve Thumbtack’s operating model and operating rhythms, running annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and business reviews. Lead executive forums and decision cadences that keep leadership, senior directors, and cross-functional teams aligned. Drive strategic change initiatives such as AI adoption by stitching together product, finance, people, and communications. Lead a small BOPM crew and translate complex strategy into clear memos, decks, and org-wide narratives that mobilize execution.
