Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain project estimates, cost plans, and budgets throughout design and construction.
  • •Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders and contractor pricing.
  • •Monitor cost performance, commitments, contingencies, and forecasted expenditures; perform quantity surveying and cost validation.
  • •Review contractor payment applications/valuations and final accounts, and coordinate cost information reconciliation across stakeholders.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding updates; support commercial negotiations and procurement/contracting activities (including mentoring junior team members).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related construction discipline.
  • •5–7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or related roles.
  • •Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects, with mission-critical/industrial/advanced technology/data center experience highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, cost planning, change management, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation preferred; strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
