Job Summary

Permanent on-site IT support professional for AMD's EMEA OnSite Support Services in Dublin. Key Responsibilities

•Provide first & second level support to all EMEA based employees and contractors, in person or remote
•Image and deploy laptops to support new hire and laptops refresh processes
•Ensure successful Day 1 IT onboarding for all new employees
•Manage incidents and tasks through closure, ensuring regular updates to users and efficient resolution
•Documentation of support processes and knowledge articles

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience supporting Windows client technology, preferably in a corporate environment
•Working knowledge of laptop imaging tools such as SCCM and AutoPilot
•Working experience of supporting meetings and meeting tools & technology (e.g. Cisco Video Conferencing, Teams & Zoom)
•Working Knowledge of mobile technology and devices (e.g. iPhone, Android & InTune)
•Working Knowledge of Linux desired but not essential
