Job Summary

Lead the Idea-to-Product Business Architecture and Business Process Excellence team within Operational Excellence. Define a long-term vision and roadmap for creation processes, integrate advanced AI opportunities across the value chain, and build the “Northstar” future way of working. Document and optimize workflows, partner with Technology to shape capability delivery, and drive training and adoption across Apparel & Accessories and Footwear, while acting as a strategic sparring partner to Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a long-term vision and roadmap for business processes, workflows, and digital capabilities across Idea-to-Product.
•Document current workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and develop the “Northstar” setup for the future way of working.
•Partner with Technology as the primary business owner to design, gather requirements, and align capabilities with strategic goals.
•Lead operational teams in decision-making and business architecture, taking end-to-end responsibility for mapping, scaling, and structuring capabilities.
•Coordinate training programs and drive tool adoption to ensure cross-functional user training and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in business process management, digital transformation, or operational excellence, with a proven record leading and developing high-performing teams.
•Experience managing 5+ direct reports (preferred) and building organizational units from scratch through strategic hiring and talent leadership.
•Deep understanding of the Idea-to-Product value chain and creation processes, ideally in Apparel, Accessories, or Footwear.
•Technical affinity with a data-informed, problem-solving mindset to evaluate AI opportunities and support technology roadmaps.
•Degree or deep knowledge in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field with process mapping and capability maturity frameworks.
