Job Summary

Source and coordinate early-career and technical talent for a regulated-finance AI platform. Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, support university recruiting programs, and run recruiting events with strong follow-up. Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to align sourcing priorities with role needs, while using recruiting tools and AI to improve speed, quality, and workflow automation. Maintain clean recruiting systems and a high-trust candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for engineering, product, data, and early-career roles.
•Support university recruiting programs across target schools and early-career channels, including candidate follow-up and tracking student pipelines.
•Coordinate career fairs and recruiting events, including attendee tracking, candidate capture, workflows, materials, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and communications with urgency and care.
•Use recruiting tools and AI to improve sourcing execution, and keep recruiting systems clean with accurate records and follow-up notes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 60 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role.
•Strong interest in technical recruiting and early-career talent in high-growth hiring environments.
•Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details.
•Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
