Lead clinical and client care teams across five Neurosensory clinics in the Greater Sydney region, providing exceptional audiology and customer service while driving best-practice care. As a people leader with 12–14 direct reports, you’ll coach and mentor staff, ensure clinics meet budget requirements, manage patient concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Based at the St Vincents clinic in Sydney/Darlinghurst, you’ll also conduct adult and paediatric audiological assessments and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.
