Key Responsibilities

  • •Leads teams to execute complex project plans, coordinating internal and external partners and delivering on-time results for moderate-to-large projects.
  • •Sets up and coordinates core project teams and technical resources under the project life cycle to ensure consistency and rigor.
  • •Develops detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts; presents recommendations to improve reliability targets and reduce risk.
  • •Prepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance.
  • •Leads power and energy infrastructure projects from early screening through FID, including scope/phasing, project assumptions, FEED-level early-stage engineering, economics modeling, risk identification, and transition into execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of oil and gas engineering/project management experience for the Senior track.
  • •Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of oil and gas engineering/project management experience for the Staff track.
  • •Experience supporting early-phase energy or infrastructure project definition, feasibility analysis, and pre-FID decision-making.
  • •Experience collaborating across commercial, engineering, and project controls teams to align technical solutions with business and contract requirements.
  • •Strong electrical foundation experience is preferred, including single-line diagram development and transformer/switchgear knowledge.
