Job Summary

Lead Raytheon’s supply chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio, shaping a combined bid and procurement strategy. Support proposal kickoffs, develop proposal documentation and gate-ready plans, and drive risk/opportunity management. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to build schedules using Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ensure DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance, and manage proposal activities through RFP pricing and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for supply chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio.
•Support proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
•Generate and/or collect proposal documentation, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, and EX/IM planning.
•Develop and execute supply chain proposal strategy through program gate reviews and risk/opportunity management reviews.
•Work with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create common schedules based on MRP, ensuring DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
