  • •Support proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • •Generate and/or collect proposal documentation, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, and EX/IM planning.
  • •Develop and execute supply chain proposal strategy through program gate reviews and risk/opportunity management reviews.
