Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safety, quality, productivity, cost, and culture for the manufacturing department in line with procedures, standards, and customer requirements.
  • •Establish and enforce safety and quality standards (including 5S and GMP practices) and maintain housekeeping and quality expectations.
  • •Oversee the Performance Control System (PCS), including KPI setup, auditing shift meetings, and maintaining action item registers to eliminate exceptions.
  • •Lead continuous improvement efforts with the plant leadership team and ensure standards are updated and adhered to after improvement closeouts.
  • •Supervise shift supervisors and salaried staff, covering hiring, terminations, recognition, discipline, training, employee relations, performance management, and salary administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
  • •Ability to lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance against established standards and customer requirements.
