Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the internal investigations program, including managing case files, conducting witness interviews, collecting documentation, and drafting final reports.
  • •Design and implement policies and controls to meet legal obligations while protecting customers and employees.
  • •Administer the conflict of interest disclosure process, including review and approval of potential employee conflicts and gifts/entertainment requests.
  • •Manage regional compliance training and education, including content design, audience targeting, and effectiveness measurement.
  • •Execute integrity and compliance communications and project-manage cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance and investigative experience.
  • •Experience building and designing compliance frameworks and controls.
  • •Experience conducting and participating in complex investigations and witness interviews.
  • •Experience managing conflicts of interest to resolution.
