Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project-specific information in RIMS, release information to internal clients and external vendors, and support valuations projects.
  • •Act as a liaison between valuations, internal clients, and vendors on appraisal status.
  • •Facilitate on-time appraisal report delivery through proactive communication with vendors, underwriters, and review appraisers.
  • •Perform administrative tasks such as invoice processing and assist account officers with RIMS questions and updates.
  • •Monitor the RIMS queue: create/review tasks, track bid status, review/release bids, and support awarding projects per leadership guidance.
