Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the Berlin market to meet operating metrics and defined KPIs using data to identify trends and improve processes and customer experience.
•Lead warehouse operations and ensure excellence in compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
•Partner with Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) teams to implement safety protocols, promote sustainability, and enhance quality management systems.
•Serve as the operational expert for the region by driving end-to-end operational improvements and advising cross-functional teams, including engaging with city officials.
•Maintain the market P&L and attract, develop, and manage warehouse talent, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and task deliverables.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of work experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or similar fields.
•1+ years people management experience attracting, developing, and motivating warehouse staff.
•Demonstrated background in driving and executing operational excellence and managing a P&L.
•Ability to understand metrics and KPIs and use the levers to drive results; comfort working in a warehouse setting.
•Fluent verbal and written English and German, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
