Key Responsibilities

•Oversee measurements on GaAs and GaN MMICs in a production environment.
•Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical test systems.
•Utilize software to control test equipment and upload results.
•Validate test system setups and review compliant device data.
•Support wafer foundry and MMIC design teams; interface with project leads, designers, and customers to ensure accurate test results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually
