Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute recurring reporting and operating rhythms for Fleet Management, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • •Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using established data sources and templates.
  • •Partner with Local Ops and stakeholders to investigate and resolve fleet-management issues, including asset decay, operational holds, and cross-market shipments.
  • •Coordinate fleet programs across warehouse transitions, battery operations and training, compliance reporting, battery allocation, and the transition toward 100% EV operations.
  • •Run assigned workstream cadence for action tracking, status communication, follow-through, and timely escalation of risks or blockers.
