Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and support implementation of all contractor safety plans, championing safety across construction aspects.
  • •Steward contractor and stakeholder interfaces and manage execution interfaces for brownfield works to minimize disruption to ongoing production operations.
  • •Ensure detailed design deliverables support constructability and report construction progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to the project team.
  • •Lead construction planning teams and sponsor readiness reviews, constructability workshops, and CERs to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
  • •Lead and manage construction teams and contractor construction planning/execution efforts to ensure compliance, and establish construction organization, resourcing, and execution oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent, plus a Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector with broad Construction Management experience on major projects.
  • •Experience leading construction planning and execution efforts for major projects, including contractors and suppliers worldwide.
  • •Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions to solve complex planning and coordination problems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical team and interpersonal skills.
