Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to understand existing security and anti-abuse problems and develop solutions with engineering, product, data science, and other teams.
  • •Create datasets, metrics, and experimentation to understand attacker and user behavior and guide security strategy.
  • •Build and tune detections, measure coverage across Figma products/platforms/internal systems, and translate attacker behavior into durable improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of real-world security, anti-abuse, and detection/response challenges.
