Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and assurance across major geotechnical and engineering geology projects
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex ground engineering challenges
•Lead and review ground models, investigations, and advanced analyses
•Influence strategy, innovation, and technical excellence across the business
•Mentor and develop senior engineers and engineering geologists nationally

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology consulting
•Demonstrated involvement in major infrastructure projects (transport, tunnelling, energy or similar)
•Expertise in ground investigation, interpretation, and design
•Strong capability in technical review, governance and risk management
•Track record of building client relationships and influencing outcomes; mentoring and developing others
