Senior Specialist, Global Payroll - LATAM

Lead payroll processing for the Latin America region, supporting accurate and timely payroll delivery across two or more LATAM countries. You’ll manage payroll processes end-to-end, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and provide technical payroll and onboarding support to local teams. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations, resolve payroll-related issues, and share regular reports and insights with leadership.
