Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the annual business plan for Brazil with responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, and long-term customer base sustainability.
  • •Provide operational leadership to the Brazil team to drive engagement, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • •Analyze Brazilian market data, trends, and customer needs, aligning opportunities, priorities, and threats with executive leadership.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with customers, government bodies, and relevant sector stakeholders, representing InterSystems in the market.
  • •Lead and develop the sales organization by setting individual and team goals, coaching sales executives, and developing KPIs to steer commercial strategy and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of relevant experience in the Brazilian software and IT services market, including 10+ years selling to senior/C-level executives and 5+ years managing sales in a large multinational software company.
  • •Proven ability to drive organizational success and sustained revenue growth with commercial discipline that turns strategy into measurable results.
  • •Experience leading, motivating, and developing sales professionals and building high-performance sales teams with strong customer engagement.
  • •Solid knowledge of the Brazilian technology market and relevant experience in enterprise software organizations of mid-to-large size.
  • •Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (native) and English, with availability for frequent travel within Brazil plus occasional trips to Boston and international industry/company events.
