Job Summary

Apply fertilizer and crop protection products in the field for local farmers, operating sprayers/airflow equipment safely and accurately. Build customer relationships, educate customers on products and application techniques, and support correct orders with the sales staff. Handle hands-on warehouse and delivery work, including loading/unloading inputs from railcars or trucks and performing routine equipment maintenance. Earn more with an acre bonus incentive as acreage increases.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision, which may include high-clearance sprayers or floaters.
•Operate safely while loading and applying products, managing time in the field.
•Work with customers professionally and educate them on products and techniques.
•Assist sales staff to ensure orders are correct and customer needs are met.
•Perform warehouse and general labor tasks, including loading/unloading inputs and routine maintenance and record keeping.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
•Must meet the minimum age requirement.
•Must meet DOT and Company requirements.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
