Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the QA strategy across all Xsolla products, aligning quality objectives with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • •Own QA deliverables end-to-end from test planning through release sign-off, enforcing quality gates and release readiness criteria.
  • •Architect and oversee enterprise-grade test automation frameworks spanning UI (Playwright), API, SQL database validation, and performance testing (K6).
  • •Integrate and troubleshoot automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring clear pass/fail signals, regression gates, and release-stage performance benchmarks.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 30+ QA professionals across multiple time zones, operationalizing AI-assisted quality engineering using Claude AI.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience, including 6+ years in Senior Manager or Director-level roles.
  • •Proven experience leading teams of 30+ people across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • •Hands-on ability to write and review test automation code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java).
  • •Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress) plus API testing and SQL-based database validation.
  • •Expert knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines, including integrating automated tests into build/deploy workflows.
