Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer L2 - Cisco (m/f/d)

Design, implement, and support enterprise voice and collaboration solutions using Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBCs, OVOC, and VoIP telephony infrastructure. Manage the VoIP backbone connectivity between on-premises and cloud telephony, provision and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices, and handle monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, maintain compliant documentation, mentor junior team members, and support testing at the Munich site/lab.
