Key Responsibilities

  • •Own structural engineering work packages for production site design and development, focusing on integrated high-rise facilities.
  • •Perform structural engineering analyses, designs, and calculations for multidisciplinary, multistory projects from feasibility through construction completion.
  • •Create structural design drawings, calculations, and design summary presentations, and estimate material quantities, schedules, and costs.
  • •Manage construction contracts, project scheduling/budgeting/cost control, and coordinate multi-discipline design and construction (e.g., MEP, HVAC).
  • •Conduct onsite field observations to resolve conflicts in real time, direct completion of punch lists, and prioritize job site safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or physics
  • •1+ years of experience with the design or build of structural infrastructure
  • •3+ years of professional experience in civil/structural engineering
  • •Design and analysis experience for steel and/or concrete high-rise gravity and lateral force resisting systems
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) or Structural Engineering (SE) license
