Job Summary

Serve as a versatile consultant supporting CTO-led delivery by coordinating across PM/SM/BA functions, aligning business requirements with IT implementation, and driving production issue resolution. Own communication between upstream and downstream teams across regions, analyze complex business and system scenarios, and enhance the SVOC (Single View of Customer) system landscape. Contribute to building delivery structure and domain support across CUS/CDS/ODS/CDMS workstreams while supporting initiatives in Hong Kong and handling challenging requests from the India team.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a versatile contributor across PM/SM/BA roles to support smooth project and business delivery.
•Facilitate effective communication between upstream and downstream teams to align business requirements with IT implementation.
•Monitor and follow up on production issues, driving timely resolution and closure with strong ownership.
•Coordinate across teams, regions, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery progress.
•Analyze complex issues to drive practical solutions and support/enhance the SVOC system landscape and related CUS/CDS/ODS/CDMS work.

Key Requirements

•Adaptability to switch across multiple functional roles (PM, SM, BA) and responsibilities to support project and business delivery.
•Strong domain knowledge across CUS, CDS, ODS, and CDMS, connecting business needs to system delivery.
•Effective communication and coordination across business teams, IT teams, and regional stakeholders.
•Ownership and responsiveness for managing production issues and operational support matters.
•Ability to identify real business needs and translate them into actionable support and solutions.
