Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Collaborate with teams covering reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities to ensure efficient store operations.

Key Requirements
