Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer transition from a completed N9300 deployment into the Hypershield onboarding and adoption journey.
  • •Guide customers through Hypershield on-premises controller deployment across their virtualization environment and control plane.
  • •Help customers select the operational model for security policy (on-premises or cloud-based) based on connectivity, scale, and multi-site requirements.
  • •Deliver workshops and webinars (Accelerators and ATX) and run enablement sessions to deepen customer understanding and accelerate adoption.
  • •Create reusable customer success assets (workshops, training, reference architectures, product documentation) and provide lifecycle feedback to CX Product Management and Success Programs teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical expertise in Cisco Hypershield and Cisco Nexus N9300 Smart Switches, with multiple technology specializations.
  • •Production depth in Cisco Nexus / NX-OS (including L3 routing, VRFs, and fabric operations) or equivalent on another major vendor.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization and VM/appliance deployments; vSphere/vCenter preferred.
  • •Experience designing network segmentation and firewall policy (zone-based or microsegmentation) and advising on trade-offs versus traditional NGFWs.
  • •Ability to guide complex multi-component on-premises deployments and familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm; NX-OS automation and APIs (NX-API, NETCONF/RESTCONF, gNMI, Ansible) is required/expected.
