Key Responsibilities

•Own machine learning problems end to end, from problem framing and experimentation through deployment and ongoing support in live customer environments.
•Collaborate with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to build production-ready ML solutions trusted in real customer settings.
•Build and support models running in production that drive engineering decisions.
•Communicate technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and align stakeholders around them.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of data science, machine learning, or applied AI experience with evidence delivering high-impact production ML systems.
•STEM foundation with a background in engineering, physics, chemistry, or another STEM discipline tied to complex physical systems.
•Experience working with sparse, noisy, time-series, or high-dimensional datasets from engineering labs or similar applied environments.
•Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, explaining technical decisions to different audiences.
•AI-native workflow using AI coding tools to accelerate applied ML work.
