•Salesforce Execution: Manage high-velocity lead queues in Salesforce and keep real-time funnel updates.
•Collaborate: Work with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Collections, and Accounting to ensure timely funding outcomes.
•Act as a Mentor: Support and mentor more junior reps through daily processes and initiatives.
