Job Summary

Lead Cyera’s AI security technical motion across strategic customer and field engagements, serving as a senior AI security subject matter expert. Partner with Field CTOs on top opportunities, run AI-focused discovery and deep dives, and deliver scalable POVs, demos, and proof-of-value strategies. Bring structured field insights back to Product, Engineering, and PMM to shape technical messaging, roadmap direction, and enablement—while representing Cyera’s AI security thought leadership across customer events.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a senior AI security subject matter expert for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
•Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, technical deep dives, workshops, and strategic POV design around AI governance, risk posture, and architectural requirements.
•Design and deliver AI security demos, solution narratives, and proof-of-value approaches; improve rigor and repeatability of POVs and evaluations.
•Bring structured customer field insight back into Product and Engineering by identifying product gaps, recurring friction points, and high-value AI security requirements.
•Partner with PMM on AI security messaging and content, and help uplevel field fluency through enablement materials, playbooks, workshops, and technical talk tracks.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in senior technical roles such as Principal Technologist, Principal Solutions Architect, AI Security Architect, Distinguished Sales Engineer, or Field Architect.
•Strong customer-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, AI security, or adjacent domains.
•Deep understanding of modern AI and GenAI environments, including enterprise AI governance, data exposure risks, and security controls.
•Strong understanding of data security and related controls such as DSPM, DLP, IAM, AI application risk, model and data governance, and security architecture.
•Experience engaging technical practitioners and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments; ability to translate complex concepts into customer value.
