Job Summary

Design and deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, bootcamps, and enablement programs for organizations building capabilities in modern Data and AI. Facilitate both virtual and on-site learning, teach technical topics for diverse audiences, and adapt content to different learning goals and maturity levels. Create and continuously improve end-to-end learning journeys using a mix of instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning, labs, coaching, and hands-on exercises, while expanding the learning portfolio with technical experts.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, bootcamps, and enablement programs.
•Facilitate virtual and on-site learning experiences and teach technical topics in an engaging, practical way.
•Support learners across a range of business stakeholders and highly technical engineers.
•Design end-to-end learning journeys using instructor-led training, self-paced learning, labs, coaching, and hands-on exercises.
•Continuously improve existing training materials and learning programs, and develop new courses based on market demands and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, or enablement programs.
•Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
•Passion for helping people learn and grow.
•Solid hands-on technical experience in areas such as Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, AI Engineering, Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, or Modern Data Architectures.
