Deliver frontline phone and email service for premium Card Member travel and concierge (lifestyle) requests from start to finish. Build lasting relationships by recommending personalized travel and lifestyle offerings, maintaining accurate documentation, and navigating multiple internal tools and systems. Stay current on luxury travel and lifestyle trends, deepen product knowledge for Centurion and Platinum benefits, and collaborate with relationship managers to enhance member experiences.

•Handle Card Member travel and concierge requests end to end via phone and email, ensuring seamless delivery.
