Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical talk track on customer calls and articulate Cohere solutions to public sector stakeholders.
  • •Perform deep dives on customer problems and Cohere technology to map to scalable enterprise solutions.
  • •Design novel enterprise NLP/AI/LLM solutions and facilitate customer evaluations and PoCs.
  • •Develop and document scalable processes for the Solutions Architect team and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure offerings meet customer requirements and partner with ecosystem to accelerate adoption.
