Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical talk track on customer calls and articulate Cohere solutions to public sector stakeholders.
•Perform deep dives on customer problems and Cohere technology to map to scalable enterprise solutions.
•Design novel enterprise NLP/AI/LLM solutions and facilitate customer evaluations and PoCs.
•Develop and document scalable processes for the Solutions Architect team and ensure alignment with customer needs.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure offerings meet customer requirements and partner with ecosystem to accelerate adoption.
