Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation and implementation of transportation, infrastructure, and urban planning projects and initiatives.
  • •Conduct planning studies to assess current and future infrastructure and transportation needs, including mobility and traffic analysis.
  • •Support development review by evaluating planning applications and submissions and preparing technical comments and recommendations.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze demographic, transportation, economic, land-use, and development data; maintain planning databases and performance indicators.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, developers, utility providers, and government agencies; prepare planning reports, presentations, and project updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, Architecture, Infrastructure Planning, or a related field.
  • •3–6 years of relevant experience in urban/transportation/infrastructure/muncipal planning or development.
  • •Knowledge of urban planning, transportation planning, and infrastructure development principles.
  • •Understanding of municipal regulations, planning standards, and development controls.
  • •Proficiency in GIS applications and planning software, plus Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
