Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while meeting SLAs.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support timely service restoration.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors; maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit documentation aligned to healthcare compliance needs.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting healthcare provider operations and understanding hospital workflows.
•Strong incident and problem management skills for COTS healthcare applications, including L2/L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
•Ability to proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; validate patches and coordinate upgrades.
•Experience with controlled change and release support, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Knowledge of LIS and lab workflows (e.g., QC/specimen processing, analyzer interfaces) and troubleshooting order/result loops and connectivity.
