  • •Oversee and execute strategic planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with financial targets across business units.
  • •Provide reporting, analysis, recommendations, and scenario modeling insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the ES-A Finance operating model using Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving to streamline and automate planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • •Partner with finance pillars and digital finance teams to support adoption and optimization of finance systems and technologies, and coach teams through the transition to sustain change.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
  • •At least 2 years of FP&A experience partnering with business leaders on strategic planning.
  • •Prior experience driving continuous improvement and process-optimization initiatives.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered (no relocation benefit).
