Job Summary

Process and evaluate high-volume fashion product images for web use, retouching raw images and .jpgs to match The RealReal’s visual standards. Run quality control, batch color correct, composite images to scale, and ensure pipeline items (including exceptions) are addressed correctly. Meet daily deadlines and quotas, assess and report issues, and collaborate through daily check-ins and real-time communication with the support team.

•Retouch and run quality control on raw images and .jpg product images to meet visual standards.
•Batch color-correct raw product images and retouch jpgs to match visual standards by item type.
•Composite images to scale and ensure images meet product styling and color correction requirements.
•Ensure all products in the pipeline, including exceptions, are addressed appropriately.
•Meet daily deadlines and goals while assessing, reporting issues, and collaborating with the team through check-ins and real-time communication.

•1+ year of relevant photo retouching experience and proficiency using a Wacom tablet (preferred).
