Key Responsibilities

•Receive, issue, store, order, and transport chemicals and hazardous wastes while following EPA/OSHA training and safety regulations.
•Operate forklifts, trucks, carts, and dispensing pumps to handle and distribute chemicals and wastes safely.
•Maintain inventory and shipping/receiving records, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safety markings for regulated materials.
•Assign and store chemicals by compatibility groups and manage delivery/pickup of empty/full containers for proper disposal.
•Support spill response by reporting spills, identifying involved elements, and providing cleanup materials and documentation.
