Job Summary

Own identity lifecycle and entitlement engineering for enterprise IGA/PAM and cloud identity platforms. Lead SailPoint IGA connector and provisioning policy engineering, steward CyberArk privileged access including vault policies and credential rotation, and architect PKI/certificate automation. Design Entra ID identity flows and access models, resolve Tier-3 provisioning incidents with RCA, and drive governance, audit readiness, runbooks, and mentorship for L1/L2 teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical ownership for user lifecycle and entitlement engineering across Active Directory, Entra ID, SaaS apps, and custom systems.
•Design, implement, and tune SailPoint IGA connectors, provisioning policies, role engineering, reconciliation, and certification campaigns.
•Manage CyberArk PAM operations including onboarding targets, vault policies, credential rotation, and privileged session controls.
•Architect and operate PKI/certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and automation for service identities and TLS endpoints.
•Lead Tier-3 incident troubleshooting and RCA for provisioning failures; drive governance, audit readiness, and mentorship with runbooks and playbooks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on IAM experience with progressive responsibility in provisioning and identity engineering.
•Practical experience implementing SailPoint (IGA) and CyberArk (PAM).
•Deep operational knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD and identity synchronization patterns.
•Strong PKI knowledge with hands-on certificate management and identity protocol experience (SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA).
•Advanced automation/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) with Terraform or CloudFormation and experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
