Senior Technical Trainer responsible for designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual OT training for customers and partners, translating complex automation concepts into practical learning. •Continuously assess training effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback, outcomes, and business priorities.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new features and ensure accurate, effective instruction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.

•Proven ability to present complex technical material clearly and confidently to varied audiences.
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
