Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of CSA works from design and procurement through construction to final handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews focusing on structural safety, building integrity, and coordination with other engineering systems.
  • •Lead preparation of technical documents for bidding; support material selection and vendor evaluation; supervise on-site construction quality and key installation processes.
  • •Identify and manage project changes and potential claims, assessing impacts on schedule and cost; resolve on-site coordination issues across teams and suppliers.
  • •Oversee final inspections and acceptance, prepare handover documents, and regularly report progress, quality status, and risks to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of civil/structural experience with full-cycle project management background in industrial plant projects (data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing facilities).
  • •Familiar with the full workflow from design, tendering, and procurement through construction to acceptance.
  • •Experience preparing technical documents and supporting bid evaluation; knowledge of building codes, structural standards, and cleanroom requirements.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to drive projects under tight schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
