Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-build a strategic product roadmap that proves Slite’s self-maintaining value proposition.
  • •Define, challenge, and cut product scope; decide what gets built and what doesn’t.
  • •Work daily with engineers on ambiguous, hard technical problems (AI, knowledge drift detection, doc verification).
  • •Own the AI product surface and how Slite Agent closes the loop.
  • •Gather real-world signal from users and support threads and use it to shape engineering decisions and what to stop/start building.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped products that matter at scale and bring seniority to leadership conversations.
  • •Not a first PM role: you’ve coded in production, can read PRs, and contribute as a strong individual contributor.
  • •Speak AI natively (LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, drift detection) and can hold technical conversations with engineering leadership.
  • •Comfortably define, challenge, and cut scope with conviction while co-owning the roadmap.
  • •Thrive in an embedded, high-ownership environment across ~20 people in multiple countries without process hand-holding.
