Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant leadership to define and execute the Continuous Improvement strategy and deploy CIF aligned to top-down objectives.
  • •Define, monitor, and drive Continuous Improvement (ELSS) team targets in alignment with plant and departmental goals.
  • •Lead implementation of Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) tools and ensure consistent application to improve performance.
  • •Facilitate improvement initiatives including Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), and business process improvement projects.
  • •Lead plant Continuous Improvement governance and assessments, championing programs such as Zero Incident Culture (ZIC) and EQMS to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • •3 to 5 years in a similar continuous improvement role.
  • •Experience improving processes in a manufacturing environment and managing projects to deliver measurable results.
  • •Knowledge of Lean tools and some exposure to Six Sigma.
  • •Ability to coach, influence stakeholders across teams and communicate clearly from shop floor to management.
