Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of complex international property placements.
  • •Manage client and network relationship management for major international property placements and chair or contribute to strategic meetings.
  • •Lead quote broking and firm order broking for large, complex, and high value placements, including processes such as PPL, wet stamps, and email workflows.
  • •Produce tenders, proposals, and placement recommendations, and present terms, market feedback, and strategic recommendations to clients and network partners.
  • •Review and enhance complex submissions and MRC documentation for technical accuracy and manage follow-market broking activity to optimise outcomes.
