Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach, building client relationships and driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored styling recommendations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools alongside social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage day-to-day store operations—transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization—while supporting team collaboration and brand initiatives.
