Job Summary

Lead and develop an engineering team responsible for Honeywell UOP PIC products and custom control systems. •Coordinate PIC control systems customer training with UOP Training Services and deliver it.
•Lead ISO development activities and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program for Quality Management Systems compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Chemical or Electrical), or Computer Science.
•6+ years of control systems software customization, troubleshooting, site services and/or service support experience.
•Knowledge and familiarity with PIC control system product lines such as ACCS, DRCS, CRCS, PSA, Oleflex CRCS/DRCS.
•2+ years of project and/or team management experience.
•Some demonstrated leadership experience overseeing entry to senior level professionals.
