Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation and evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract management.
  • •Oversee and manage service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • •Provide technical guidance and support to team members on project and technical matters, and contribute to projects requiring technical evaluation and analysis.
  • •Drive performance standards through effective communication, coaching, and performance management practices.
  • •Promote a safe and secure working environment and support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space.
  • •Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • •Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • •Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • •Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients and commercial negotiation skills.
