Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks using wands.
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and report or resolve candidate issues with urgency.
  • •Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times, and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
