Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize the day-to-day American Express Travel site experience so programs and benefits are delivered via relevant, accurate, compelling content.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of onsite updates by partnering with internal teams on legal/MCR submissions, Terms & Conditions rollouts, approvals, and implementation.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional inputs and requirements for marketing placements across the site.
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance onsite content and customer journeys using competitive, industry, and performance insights to improve messaging and experiences.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across TLS Partnerships, TLS Digital Product, Analytics, Card Marketing and Product, Servicing, and other teams to support marketing execution.
