Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement renewal strategy and service model by managing renewal timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, and client deliverables
  • •Support pre-renewal planning by gathering exposure information, reviewing loss experience, confirming objectives, and documenting renewal goals and next steps
  • •Coordinate renewal workflow and ensure timely completion of applications, submissions, proposals, binding instructions, policies, endorsements, certificates, billing items, and post-renewal services
  • •Assist brokers with go-to-market and negotiation strategies, identifying renewal objectives, target markets, submission requirements, pricing and coverage improvement opportunities
  • •Maintain accurate client and policy information in Epic/workflow tools and coordinate quality control for renewal and post-binding outputs

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance
  • •Property & Casualty Broker’s License required upon hire
